Our India-based development team is working on indigenous CVD platforms for gallium oxide and other oxide materials, including copper oxide. The current programme centres on mist CVD equipment designed and developed by the team in India.

Process work includes beta-phase gallium oxide and doped compositions such as tin-doped variants. The team's research has appeared in peer-reviewed journals, and this experience supports the engineering of customer-ready research systems after application, safety, utility and acceptance requirements are defined.
