Epitaxia Systems is a research-scholar-led startup built on a simple belief: the technologies required for advanced scientific research in India should increasingly be accessible, adaptable and ultimately manufactured in India.
Our team brings close to a decade of hands-on experience in advanced research laboratories in India and internationally, including exposure to specialised semiconductor and materials-research facilities in Taiwan and the United Kingdom.
Having worked directly with sophisticated research equipment, fabrication processes, characterisation systems and laboratory requirements, we understand the challenges researchers face when accessing dependable equipment, components and consumables.

Our long-term mission is to contribute to India’s growing semiconductor and advanced-technology ecosystem by developing indigenous scientific equipment and laboratory systems capable of meeting international standards.
We believe progress comes from building, testing, learning and improving, not simply discussing ideas. Today, we source selected research equipment, components, spare parts and consumables from established international manufacturers. This helps Indian researchers immediately while strengthening the technical knowledge required to adapt, integrate, improve and ultimately manufacture sophisticated systems in India.
